You choose either the subscription or the license: these fees are not cumulative. If you subscribe to our online service, then you do not need to purchase a license. If you purchase a license, then you do not need to pay for subscription fees.

Subscription

This price is for the College Office Online Service.

  • No need to purchase, install, or administer a web server computer.
  • No need to purchase a software license.
  • No worry about security, backups, maintenance and upgrades.
  • No need to hire outside IT expertise.
  • You can always request a full copy of your database in the standard DBF format with full documentation.

Our basic subscription costs $99/month and includes:

  • 200 active students
  • 2000 inactive students

You may have as many users as you wish connected to the system: we do not charge a fee per user. The service includes the registrar module, the maintenance module, the student access module and the teacher access module. The minimum length of the contract is 12 months. You may cancel the contract anytime during the first 60 days.

Software License

This price is to purchase a license which authorizes your school to permanently run College Office Web Connect for an unrestricted number of students. The cost of a license varies from $5,000 to $15,000 depending on the modules you purchase. Contact us for a quote.

Custom Work

Custom work is charged $75/hour. We can import your current data, design custom reports or customize the system to your special requirements.
